All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after you place your order. Orders are not processed over the weekend or national holidays. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

“FREE SHIPPING” Promotion
After your order is processed, Flat Rate Shipping on domestic orders typically arrives within 2-7 business days after you receive your shipping notification.*
*Shipping delays may occur in transit and are associated directly with the mail carrier. They are outside of our control. We do our best to process your order quickly to offset potential shipping delays.
“FREE SHIPPING” Promotion
Free shipping is a promotion.
It does not imply that any mail shipping carrier (UPS, DPD, DHL, etc.) will ship or have shipped your order for free.
We absorb the initial cost of shipping as part of this promotion. Therefore, outbound shipping & handling fees from your original order are non-refundable.
Actual shipping & handling costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Orders between 20 Eur - 999.99 Eur are eligible for this “Free Shipping” promotion. Orders over 1,000 Eur are considered bulk and require special packing & shipping arrangements, and are excluded from this “Free Shipping” promotion.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We currently cannot ship to: Malta, Iceland, Turkey, Gibraltar. Current shipping times to the rest of Europe are between 6-8 working days from dispatch. Current shipping times to the rest of the world are dependent on your location. Please contact customer services at info@flamingmiracle.com for an estimate delivery time.CAN I RETURN MY GOODS?
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT
Damage in transit is outside our control, but we will replace or refund items damaged during shipment. Please send a photo of the damage within 3 days of your delivery confirmation (as determined by the shipping carrier).

LIQUIDS: If your fragrance, or any other liquid arrives damaged or has leaked in transit, please do not open the bottle. Place the bottle on a digital scale and send photos of this and any other damage to info@flamingmiracle.com Please note we cannot replace any fragrance if the seal on the bottle has been broken.
WRONG ADDRESS/RETURNED TO SENDER
Please double-check the shipping address in the shipping confirmation email you receive immediately after placing an order.
Shipping carriers, unfortunately, do not reimburse the cost for the original shipment—even if it’s returned to the sender. In fact, some shipping carriers charge an additional fee for return shipping on items Returned to Sender.
Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping & handling costs will be deducted from any eligible refund. A second shipping fee will be required to re-ship.
FLASH SALE/FINAL SALE
Items marked ‘Sale’ or that are featured on sale or in a Flash Sale are all final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED
Our parcels come with a tracking link in delivery dispatched email to either track your order with service providers.
Mail carriers on the field sometimes prematurely scan and mistime tracking info. Unfortunately, this is outside our control. So please wait (and be sure to check surrounding areas and with your neighbors!).
If your package still hasn’t arrived after 15 days (Europe) and 25 days (rest of the world), please get in touch with the mail carrier (associated with your tracking number) to open a missing mail claim. Contacting the mail carrier is the fastest way to open an investigation.
